Be apart of an established mall (formerly known as TJA Shopping Center).
MALL MANAGER
***Must have game experience (Zyngo & DMC multi)
***If you do not have game experience, you MUST excel in sales
***Must have managerial experience & have been in SL for longer than 3 months
***Must be available to host at least 4 mall events per week
***Will supervise hosts, hostesses, DJs as applicable
***Must send reports to owner in a timely fashion
***Must have groups with notice posting rights & decent tp list
***Experience with posting to forums and sl events helpful
***Will actively recruit for vendors and tenants
***Responsible for promoting mall and coordinating events
***Must have room for two groups
Expected amount of hours is approximately 2 hours per day.
Pay = 1000L per week + 80% tips (to be adjusted based on performance review after first 4 weeks)
HOST/HOSTESS
Want a job where you can literally make your OWN hours? Maybe you have a life in RL and you need to be free to come and go as you please. Apply for Host/Hostess and get paid for having FUN! Main responsibility is to get people to the gaming events.
***Must have game experience (Zyngo & DMC multi, Greedy, SLopoly, etc.)
***Must be able to host minimum of 5 events per week
***Must be able to work contest board
***Should have groups with notice posting rights and decent tp list
***Either already have or can obtain game gestures
Pay = 80% tips & 100L/hour (to be adjusted after 4 week performance review)
SALES MANAGER

If so, then you may be the Sales Manager we are looking for! Millennium Properties is looking for a Sales Manager to fill vacancies on our residential and commercial sims.
Earn 10% of the initial sales or rental prices plus bonuses for high selling. There is plenty of land available so this could be the perfect fit for you as we will be constantly expanding our land upon filling available parcels. Put your skills to work!
