I would like a job :)

Hello! I would like a job. I have just happened to start SL, so I have little experience with the game itself. Anything in particular would be okay as long as it isn't at any kind of 'sexual' club. Besides that I can work about an hour to two hours day day depending on my schedule.

...and remember. The jobs in SL are mostly *real* jobs for low pay. The SL economy is a *real* economy. You need a *real* skill or product that people want to pay for. L$ might not look like it, but it is damn near *real* money.

Check out Tropical Delights. They are just a fun laid back dance club with live DJ's.. Looking for Hosts, DJ's, Dancers, etc.. Drop by and fill out an application or show up between 7-9 SLT when events are happening and you can talk to the owners Tammy John or Glen Bellic. Tell them lyla sent you and you'll be good.

Rez a prim.

Then rez another.

And another.

Maybe some more.

Form the prims into something.

Link them together.

Add a texture or few.

*maybe* include some script that adds functionality but not a necessity.

And then set it for sale.

Rinse and Repeat a dozen times.

Return to forums and post: "I haz been workin buildin and nao needz a store!"

And we will continue the next lesson at that point.

But seriously. Go to a sandbox and play with prims. Or go to that one place everyone goes to now.....

You may be surprised what you are able to create by accident just from tossing out prims and playing with the shapes. You may find you have a knack for making something other people like.
