An open advertisement for ways to rip off someone's ideas? That's really fucking classy. My friend had some of her designs copied by someone who cammed in to her workshop, so I really dislike someone advertising that openly here.

Like it or not, that's how competition happens in the real world, it makes sense that it would carry over into SecondLife.
If you don't like it, develop your stuff on your own private island.
If you can't afford one, chances are your products aren't worth protecting.
