No. It is a great idea, I'll admit that. But, theres already a few in SL and none of them are very popular. Other people may feel different, but, I would try something more original IM me in world if ya need some original ideas I have thought of in the past but never got around to doing.

Certainly it is an interesting idea, however you would need to perhaps focus it on either a formal type venue or an all-in type venue. Niche is the key word here. If it was built into the landscape well, with high quality items, no lag, nice music / sound and guests then it could come up trumps.
If you want more thoughts or help with it, drop me a Notecard in world.
Cheers

Thing with those places is people like privacy. Alot of people (myself included) have cheap homestead lands and have built their own chilling out areas with hotubs. I know that if I visit a place like that with a friend then I soon tp out when other people arrive. I guess it's like they are invading my private space or something if a stranger hops in the tub with me lol Having a place with a variety of different things to do on the sim is much better. Like botanical gardens, it's popular because everyone isn't in eachothers pockets doing the same thing. Dancing, exploring, hot tubs, handgliding from the top of a mountain after an explorational climb, caves, Mazes, Tai Chi (very popular now) and the circles of drums you get where a whole group can play with dancing in the middle is always popular. When all of that sort of stuff in on a sim, you cant go wrong.

I am not sure you should to be honest. You've listed a load of things that depend on sensations you can only experience in real life.
