I would like my partner to be completely serious and proffesional because i am looking to make some serious cash and make it very big and successful in sl.

yah, good luck with that....do you know how many businesses are in sl?!?

And how many of those are land businesses?

I would take your time, write a business plan, take some free classes in SL....

The only things I've found turn cash over night are escorts :P

Easy money never actually happens, especially in Second Life. Think about how many people are looking for it.

Believe me, my first Second Life business was a casino (way back when they were still legal) and I thought that if I bought some land and built a cool casino - mine was in an airship - people would show up and give me their money.

It really doesn't work that way.

Also, you should probably be more specific about what you're looking for - most serious Second Life professionals rely on specific skill sets, and you haven't specified what you need. Scripters, designers, animators, etc. If you're not specific, people aren't going to take you seriously.
