We are a new franchise store of D-Factor Clothing & Shoe Fly Shoes. We are officially open and did great for our opening day! We had about 46 people come in and gave out tons of prizes. -Sales Reps
This position is commission based. The first month you will be paid 5% commission off of any sale that you assist with. You will be given a 2 hour shift that you are required to be at the store. During this shift you will greet customers and help them anyway that you can. Any sale made during your shift, provided you are at the store, you will be paid commission off of. After a month of working with us, you will be evaluated and given a raise.
-Sales Manager
This position is salary based. You make 500/week starting out. You will be evaluated after being with us for one month and given a raise if you have earned it. With this position comes a great deal of responsibility. You are responsible for making sure all the shifts are covered with sales reps, that the sales reps actually show up, and that they have everything they need. Please be 3 months old in SL or have an older alt to apply for this position due to the nature of the work.
-In Store Models
There is no salary for this position. You will be paid through receiving items to model. This is a camping position. You are able to be afk while modeling if you wish and can model anytime you want provided there is a stand available. No newbie skin, shape, or hair. You must look the part.
-Advertiser
The position of advertiser is a very important one. We start you out at 500L/week. Your main job during this time is to advertise the stores on sl website, and by word of mouth. This is probably the most important position at the store. This is what determines whether the store is a success or a failure. Please be at least a month old in SL to apply for this position or have an older alt.
-Personal Assistant
This position is a cruical position to us. We start you out at 750/week. You are basically our right hand man. You assist with hiring, training, and scheduling. You help plan events. You make sure everything runs smoothly. You help keeping up with financial records. You must be at least 5 months old in SL to apply for this position.
