We now have a new employment application system! Takes less than 30 seconds to fill out an application for a desired position. Club owners can search these listings online and tell us whom they are interested in. In addition we have training classes from an LL Certified Instructor starting soon.

Who we are: REC is a Recreational Employment Agency operated by experienced business professionals with the purpose of stabalizing the job market in the world of SL.

What we do: REC is a full service agency. We provide the options to employers to interview candidates on their own or to have us handle the complete process for them, sending them the names and the candidates upon sucessful completion of the interview process.

How does it work: Candidates do not have to search for an employer, or dig through list, or even click on ads on a wall! Instead it is a simple three step process. Step 1: You use the attached Landmark to teleport to our office where you can fill out one or more of the applications we have available for you. Step 2: When we have positions come available that you fit the requirements of, we will contact you directly via IM and request a meeting with you for a face to face interview. Step 3: If you meet all of the critera and are succesful in the interview process, you are sent to work at no cost to you.

If at any times you ever have any questions, please feel free to contact either Kleston Axelbrad (Recruiting Agent) or Jo Newell (Employment Agent) and we will be happy to answer them. If you obtain a job elsewhere after submitting an application through us, please contact us and let us know so we can remove you from our list of available applicants.

Good luck in your future career!
