It's a great place to advertise land but the system for listing parcels is easily the most tedious I've ever come across. That's where you come in!
Your job will be to go to all of my unrented estate parcels and get them listed on this website using their cockamamy magic box system. Add a few words to describe the parcel, upload a decent looking (and recent) picture and tada! Do that 15 more times and you're good to go!
Xstreet charges L$25 per listing which will be billed to your account but for every listing you put up send me a link and I will pay L$75. I have about 15 parcels that need to be listed right now that's a profit for you of L$750! It's hard to predict but we will probably have two or three new parcels come available every day. You're not obliged to list them all, just do what you can and earn whatever you like.
You should already be semi familiar with xstreet, you should definitely already have an account with them and you should practice with their real estate advertising system because I'm not going to train you on how to use it. Note, you have to upload a picture with the listing but you can save the snapshot to disk which does not incur the L$10 fee.
