We, at Club Odeon, are looking for a builder to build a unique looking club on a 1600SQM parcel. I will be picky but i also need one asap. So the decision may be made quickly.
We're looking for a elegant look, with asian influence. The main colours are prefferd to be red and gold themed but other colours may be possible on discussion.
The club will need to have the following requirments:
- A stage
- A DJ stand
- 2 floors
- 2nd floor divided in 4 smaller areas with walk space to reach the seperate spaces.
- A Bar
- A stair leading to the 2nd floor
- A Entrance and the club has to be a bit higher then the beginning of the stairs of the entrance, also entrace is preferred at the center.
