Division II Club Manager Requirements

-Minimum of at least 1 year experience in SL as well as managed at least 2 clubs
-Responsible, Reliable, Mature, Serious, Self-Worker, Friendly and Hard-Working
-Must know how to run a club in all aspects!!
-Must be able to drive a lot of traffic to the club
-DRAMA-FREE
Responsibilities Include:
*Hiring/Firing all staff members (making sure guidelines have been read)
*Posting Events to In-World SL Events Directory, SL Exchange Forum, Second Life.com Forum, In-World Event Groups
*Scheduling a minimum of at least 4 events per week including weekends (Prefer a regular schedule)
*Making sure all events are staffed
*Changing streams for DJ's
*Writing Notecards/Editing
*Promoting
Pay:
Open to suggestions
(Percentage of Tips or Salary (to be discussed)
Things that will already be taken care of by club owner:
- Club is already staffed and ready to work! minus escorts/strippers
- Staff are paid hourly by time clock except Escorts, Strippers and DJ's
- Contest Budget (to be discussed)
