looking for builders and scripters

I am need of some builders and a scripter to help with the furnishing and special affects of a large build. It is sci fi themed and all work will full perm. I have 40+ rooms in the build to fill. For the Scripter I am in need of certain custom effects such as teleporters, com systems, security systems, holoboxes, and script refinement for ones I have made.
