Rosewood Virtual is currently seeking an individual for the position of land manager. The person must be reliable, independent and able to work well on their own. They must be able to take initiative and complete tasks as they come due. The individual must also be able to work in a strict structured environment, as well as be a positive team player. The position will report into the VP, Estates Division.
Job duties are as follows:
* Reclaim land from clients that are moving or unpaid
* Reset lands that come open
* Double check land setup when complete
* Set up signs on lands
* Update all associated Rosewood paperwork for lands
* Update sales tools to notify sales new lands are available
* Survey sims as needed for open land
* Be familiar with procedure manual
* Work with team to maintain advertising as needed.
