I have land, and cash. What I don't have is time.
I'm looking for someone to take one of my many mainland sims and turn it into a profitable business.
I can provide the initial cash needed to hire a builder. I have one of the most popular locations in SL for renters that provides a constant stream of potential customers. I have employees already standing by that will help drive new residents to your sim. I have multiple advertising locations which I will share with you.
I'll trust your instincts and judgment with all business decisions but we'll work as a team and NinjaLand's years of experience in the field will help you get up and running. In return you'll earn 20% of the gross income for the sim without any of the risks. The more profitable the sim is, the more you get paid. If you can get it above the cost of tier then you get the opportunity to expand into more and more sims.
