I'm looking for a well educated programmer willing to work on a vendor system that hooks up to a website. I can handle all of the visual aspects if you do all of the programming parts. If you don't have the knowledge to easily and successfully link an in-world vendor to an out of world server please do not contact me; I've been working on this project for around 2 years and have had many programmers screw me over.
Basically I have all the in-world models and concepts finished. I also have a detailed manual and system standards. All you would have to do is program the website and in-world server.
Apez and Hippotech would be our leading competitors but with my ideas we can easily blow them out of the water. That said we would have to make more products than they have: security systems, land rental servers, product updates, those sorts of things. Most of the extra products are extremely easy to make and wouldn't take more than a couple of hours. If you do not wish to script the other stuff don't worry. I can get another person to do it but, the more products you make the more money you will make.
Last year if Apez's client count was correct they made over $US 150,000 in the first 6 months. That was last year and now they're well known, that amount has probably at least tripled or quadrupled. If you successfully complete this project with me I will split all proceeds 50/50, half to me half to you, this includes the money we make off of the free proceed vendors. You will always be making money and a lot of it. I've owned a business in SL before and know how to manage a product line and get our product out there. I'm an advanced graphic artist going to the Art Institute of Seattle for Game Art and Design so if you're wondering if I'm qualified, there's my answer.
Now to get down to business, if you have all the skills needed and are willing to do this send me an IM and a note-card containing your qualifications.
