SINFUL NEEDS HIRING ( 24/7 CLUB, DUNGEON, & MORE )

Greetings, everyone!

My beloved Sinjun Shepherd and I have been running a Rock Club out of my Main Store for about 10 weeks now. We've met with success, and we're now running events 24/7. We are always on the lookout for those with a keen interest in being part of something successful and exceptional. Our traffic recently topped 30K, and we do NOT employ camping, so our staff will never be cooped up with no one but campers to keep them company. Events go on as scheduled, regardless of attendance, so hourly pay is guaranteed ( provided the Grid is online ).

HOSTS & DJs

Our Host and DJ schedules are currently pretty stable, but we are accepting applications for those positions to keep on file ~ especially for those who can be on call should coverage be needed when something comes up. When you run 84 events a week, it's not uncommon for opportunity to present itself for coverage-only staff to get a chance to show their skills. We do provide our own 100 Listener Shoutcast Stream, though DJs are allowed to employ their own if they prefer. See the APPLICATIONS section below for information on applying.

** Compensation Info:
Our Hosts all recently received a raise to take them from 100L/hour to 150L per hour.
Our DJs recently went from 150L/hour to 200L/hour.
Hosts and DJs are both required to use our House tipjars, but there is no House Cut taken from tips to the Hosts and DJs.


DANCERS

Additionally, and more to the point of this posting, we are looking for enthusiastic, talented, and very emotive Dancers to work our poles in the Club. We encourage interaction between the dancers, as well as with the crowd, which can be pretty talented themselves! We are interested in Male, Female, and 3rd Gender dancers of all races, provided they are appealing to the eye and can evoke eroticism and sensuality for our patrons. (This means Males, Females, Shemales, Hermaphrodites, Furries, Nekos, Vamps, Demons, etc. will all be considered on a case-by-case basis. Dancers who can 'bring their own crowd' to enjoy their particular brand of erotic display are encouraged to mention this in their application.) ** Compensation Info:
Currently our Dancers have chosen to work on a freeform, non-scheduled basis, for tips only, though if we received enough interest from new and potential dancers for scheduling some, we may do so. Our Dancers work out of House Tip Jars with a 20% House Cut. If we start scheduling 'Featured Dancers' for the events, they will work from 10% Cut Tip Jars. Depending on the success of that approach, we may consider paying Hourly Compensation to scheduled Feature Dancers. Our 'Strip Scale' is 200L to bare the chest/breasts and 400L to bare the real treasures. Most of our dancers spend a lot of time fully stripped. Dancers are required to 'reset' at the start of a new event.


DUNGEON STAFF
(Dungeon Masters/Mistresses, slaves, & Escorts)

We are currently working to prepare for a launch of organized Dungeon Events. Dungeon Masters/Mistresses will be responsible for hosting these events, which will run independently from Club Events, though they will share the same DJ. Escorts and slaves will work the grounds of the Palace in general, and the Dungeon in particular to serve the needs of our Patrons. Private rooms are under construction now for use by Escorts (and possibly slaves) which will feature SexGen furniture. Dungeon Masters/Mistresses will also be able to service submissive patrons during their 'off hours' (when they are not serving as Host to a Dungeon event). ** Compensation Info:
Dungeon Masters/Mistresses will earn 150L/ per hour, just as our Hosts, for scheduled events. All Dungeon Staff will work out of provided Dungeon Tip Jars with a 25% house cut. Rates/Fees for Services are posted on premises. (These will be added to/revised as the Dungeon is launched).

There is an application giver at the arrival point. Once you rez in, you can find it opposite the SLX Terminal, on your left if you are facing into the Store with the Grand Hall behind you. Just click the "Are you ready to play with us?" sign, and you should receive a notecard Application. Rename the application as indicated, read it completely, fill out and and then drop it into the Glowing Red application Box at the foot of the Sign. Applications are retrieved daily, and passed on to the appropriate managers for review. The appropriate manager will be the one to contact you to arrange for interviews or auditions. Please be aware that if you cannot fill out the application correctly (such as failing to rename it including your name, or not filling in the requested information/images), you will not hear back from us. If you have questions about an application you submitted, please give us at least several days before you start IMing us, and when you do, make sure you contact the appropriate manager. Applicants who just blindly IM the owners about jobs are likely to be ignored. We take Sinful Needs very seriously. It is a place we sincerely hope every single member of our staff will enjoy spending time, but it is also a business. If you don't feel at least a modicum of responsibility working at an SL job, save us both some time and just come hang out instead of applying for work.


SINFUL NEEDS, THE VENUE

The Sinful Needs Store, Demon Rock Club, Pleasure Palace & Dungeon is currently located in the mainland region of Vleet (where we own almost half of the region, overall), though we expect to move to our own private Sim in the coming weeks. It is a place where all life-styles are embraced and celebrated in a seductively erotic atmosphere. Our Club is nestled between the Deviant Dungeon and the Lover's Bath House, all of which finds its home below the Grand Entry Hall and the Sinful Needs Main Store, which take up the surface levels of the Sinful Needs Pleasure Palace. The Palace is located at 300M above sea level in order to minimize video lag that might be induced by ground clutter in Vleet and the neighboring regions.

Within the walls of The Palace, you will find a richly decorated mature environment where eroticism and sexuality is welcomed and encouraged. Within the Main Store, you will find our ever-growing selection of precision-crafted, scripted prim attachments, weapons, armor, & erotic furniture. Below the Main Store is the Lover's Bath House, which is Roman/Greek in overall design and dotted with poseballs for the adventurous to explore. Just down the steps from the Bath House Landing is the Sinful Needs Rock Club. Here is where the non-stop action runs 24/7, with live DJs spinning kick ass tunes for every one of our themed events. Patrons are encouraged by our attentive hosting staff to dress in theme and join our contest boards, where alternating prizes of 500L cash or Sinful Needs Gift Certificates are split between the Men's and Women's boards every two hours. Six pedestals ring the Host and DJ for the events, where Sine-Wave powered dance poles let our Dancers entice and excite our patrons. Just on the other side of the Club, a second set of stairs leads up to the Deviant Dungeon, which is stocked full of erotically entertaining and devilishly delightful implements of restraint, punishment, and reward! We are currently working to prepare for a relaunch of the Dungeon that will involve staffing Dungeon-specific events to enthrall our patrons even further.

Sinful Needs is currently looking for Dancers to fill the hours of:

12am - 6am SLT -- These hours encompass three of our shifts.

Regular Sinful Needs Dancers are required to do at least 4 Events/Shifts, but can do them whenever they like. Sinful Needs Featured Dancers, however, are scheduled and this is what we need for these three shifts. Featured Dancers make 90% of their tips plus $25L an hour... they also dance on special poles and have their names advertised with all advertisement associated with the Event/Shift they sign up for.
