-- CCI am assembling a smaller version(for a franchise like opportunity) of my shoe store, Shoe Fly, enabled with my giftcard system, all of my shoes (around 140 pair) and a few other accoutrement's.This is a test run and am considering viability. I have a 4096 sqm plot, building and around half of the shoes on display and plan on outfitting the rest of the store within the next week, schedule prohibitive of course. When all is said and done, the best candidate will have a Shoe Fly franchise to run and operate.
Initially, I have to do all of the set up and absorb all of the costs associated. With that said, the likely candidate will walk into a known SL business, completely stocked and ready to rock. There are no hidden fees -- you make it work or you don't.
The likely candidate should have at least some building skills, knowledge of SL, and be self motivated. I will give you some tools to work with and.......if it works out -- I will develop specialty lines that can only be found at your store. I'm pretty easy going and am willing to help those folks who help themselves.
The split will be 50% as the likely candidate will be responsible for all advertising and marketing as it will be their business. Considering tier, the franchisee needs to produce roughly 16,000L per month in revenue(thats' 8000/me -- 8000/you). There will be some room(150-300 prims) to bring in other affiliate programs that are not in direct competition with Shoe Fly's products eg......women's shoes.
