We have a great team made up of two co-owners, a general manager, three support reps and three sales reps. Everyone gets along well and works amazingly together. We are now looking to recruit another one or two real estate agents on a commission only basis.

Our parcels sell at L$ 3/sqm (works out at 12288 for a 4096sqm, for example) and for every parcel you sell, you will receive 25% of that purchase in commission. Additionally, we hold offers from time to time. Through August, for example, we sold a number of residential parcels at L$99 each. For sales like these, our sales reps received a set fee of L$ 1000 per sale.

Commission will be uncapped, which means you have unlimited earning potential. Additionall, you can choose your own hours. Work when you feel like working! No timetables, no commitments to hours.

What we are looking for
- Good communicators with a genuine love of talking to people!
- Avatars at least 30 days old.
- A basic knowledge of the land buying system in game would be advantageous.
- Friendly, approachable people who enjoy working as part of a team.
