Hi

I have recently returned to SL after yet another break. I am a builder and have a lot of experience building custom under contract and building prefabs for sale.

I used to have my own business but don't have the time to build and run a business anymore.

I am looking for a prefab seller or architects group that will buy the rights to buildings i produce. I can of course build within specifications if there are certain types of houses needed. Essentially i want to get back to selling prefabs but don't have the time to run the whole business side so this is a compromise.

I am looking for a business that sells high quality modern architecture. I am not interested in the majority of prefab retailers out there that produce poorly textured 'georgian style' houses.

I build modern/60s modern/post modern and am actively interested in the current architecture scene.
