Atticus Tech is looking for valuable outgoing individuals with a prior Second Life support background and experience who are interested in doing what they love, and being part of a very close knit team, and are available for shift work and/or working a minimum number of hours per week.

- Use our Support Tools that we supply you with to ensure that all of our customers feel satisfied, and have their problems solved

What we expect from you:

- Attend meetings that are held on the main grid.
- Be easily contactable at all times by both customers and other staff
- Be respectful with customers and other staff
- Complete all required work before the due date
- Keep a record of all transactions made between your account and our vendors, customers, other staff, and Linden Lab
- Have access to a computer with Windows XP, Vista, or 7
- Have the knowledge to solve all of our customers problems (we will provide you with training and a knowledge base)
