Need a scriptor for quick project > $L > APEZ Plugin

I need someone who can make a script for me using the APEZ Auto-Lease Developer add-on kit (which I can provide). This over my head but I don't think it should too hard for someone who knows what they are doing.

I need the APEZ Auto lease to rez or delete a couple of specific prims based on whether someone has rented or ended a lease (ie, on lease, rez, on end of lease, die). The dev kit has an example script that uses the link message function.
