SUMMARY
Responsible for all sales activities in assigned timeframes. Manage quality and consistency of product and service delivery.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Present and sell or rent Estates land to current and potential clients.
Maintain contacts list in companies contact book.
Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
Fill out post sales reports, as well as vacancy reports.
Study and maintain knowledge of sales materials and current product knowledge.
Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up.
Identify and resolve client concerns.
Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.
Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce stock.
Other duties as assigned.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Participate in marketing events such as in world events, training seminars, and other events.
Provide on-the-job training to new sales employees.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.
Ability to persuade and influence others.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques.
6 to 12 months of SL sales, marketing or estates experience.
Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
Work requires significant time available to handle client opportunities when online.
Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule, and reasonable amount of time online.
We are a Skype company. Many intra company communications and meetings are held in Skype. Use of Skype, both text and voice is a MUST.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Working conditions are normal for an office environment. While clients will often show up at the office, expectations are that sales reps will also use innovative, but morally sound means to bring in additional opportunities.
