The Paramore is a formal ballroom for women only which specializes in couples/slow dancing. Events are run Monday-Saturday in 2 hour intervals from 1-9pm SLT. We recently added a beach front dance floor & rooftop pool area so we are looking to add some casual events to our lineup, as well as expand our schedule a bit.
Positions we are looking for include:
DJs
East Coast US Formal Hostess/Dancer
East Coast US Casual Hostess/Dancer
West Coast US Formal Hostess/Dancer
West Coast US Casual Hostess/Dancer
European Time Zone Formal Hostess/Dancer
European Time Zone Casual Hostess/Dancer
(The Hostess & Dancer position are one and the same. East Coast means 11am-7pm, West Coast 7pm-1am & European 1am-11am).
Some Job Requirements Include:
Dancing with single guests
Pairing up single girls to dance
Welcoming and greeting all guests/make sure they are having a good time
Run contests
Promote upcoming events and/or contests
Gowns & Full Dresses for formal staff (Casual staff can wear anything, no nudity)
Have fun
What the job IS NOT:
A way to pick up girls for yourself or spouse
A job where you strip or remove clothes
A place where you sell yourself for tips
A place to camp
All jobs have a small salary plus tips earned. Dancers are asked to work at least 2 shifts a week, but can work more if desired.
We run regular shifts and shifts with events. We also have a weekly series of bigger events, and special monthly gala and ball style events.
