Why do builds designed for sex look so incredibly bad, are low prim, and are usually covered with porn when most of us ADULTS prefer to have our erotic moments at places like posh hotels, private resorts, and immaculate designer homes?

I am hiring a very small group of people to benefit from the backing of a full prim sim that is equipped with builds and homes in the 27, 500L range. These men and women have over 200 different sexbeds, toys, and poseballs to choose from at any given time from the top animators. They can essentially live there at the sim, rent free, in exchange for being open to sexual play with others while they are there. There are no stores, no ads, no foot traffic or combat...Only a very peaceful sim full of beauty, eroticism and sexual freedom amongst members only.
These members must be the most well made avatars and well spoken individuals there are. Profiles must be top notch, skins have to be from the best designers, shapes must be realistic and proportional and genitalia must match perfectly.
Because this is not a fetish club or RP-specific sim (like Gor, vamp, etc) all applicants must be humanoid while on the sim, adult in appearance and clothing, as well as able to string two sentences together in English.
