Help needed managing Estate

I am looking for someone that can help manage my estate. I am getting ready to purchase our 6th sim so it is not a huge estate yet, but a little more than I can do myself. Everyone here is very friendly. I am hoping to find someone that can help with land sales, sending reminder notices, help answer questions, possibly plan events, and other general stuff involved with property management.

Currently, the salary being offered is commission on land sales and a beautiful plot of land tier free (890 prim waterfront with unblocked western view with awesome sunsets).

I have some experience in sales and i'm a very good person to work with. that and its incredibly hard to make me mad in the game seeing as i am a fun loving mad genius. ahem. I can also provide a secondary service to your estates being the fact i am a Terrain Landscaper. I design the files .raw and sell them but if you hire me just ask for a particular design and i can try to make it for you. I'm also a good person when under the influence of power seeing as i admin several forums and i know the no playing favorites rule and i'm not known to abuse my powers. I use all sorts of tools like the use of xstreet in land sales and advertising in a none spamming way and i'm quite convincing. I'm also a talented builder of many themes and don't mind learning new ways to build but most of all i just like to have fun. i normally have 2 hrs a day then all day and night on fridays and saturdays.
