Regent Estate is seeking a motivated sales representative to join a friendly and efficient family. We deal in private estate land sales and various club sales. Our website is under construction but open for viewing. www.RegentEstatesSL.com
We have commercial and residential sales. You would be selling prims in spaces as opposed to land sales. We do have land sales when they come open but those stay fairly full.
We also have various 'entertainment' products for sale. We have Battle of the DJ's, Scavenger Hunt, Music Servers....all offer commission sales. the more you sell the more you make.
You will receive full training and support and Regent Estates is working on a full advertising plan to boost sales and which will assist in finding you contacts to sell to. Your task will be to answer questions potential buyers may have and to show/tell people looking for parcels why Regent Estates is the place for them.
In exchange, you will receive 10% commission on EVERY single rental you make and each time they renew as well. The longer they rent, the more you make for the prim sell sims. These sims also offer bonus when tier is met.
You will get 15% on all land sales you make. We will not cap your commissions. Your working hours are your choice and what you earn depends entirely on your sales skills and time you wish to put into the position.
We even offer reduced rates if you wish to have a shop or live on the sims as well.
