Im looking for a couple of honest, creative, folks. Iam wanting to form a long term partnership to purchase a island sim. I have a idea for creating a home rental, dance club area, nothing real solid just a dream. I dont have alot of marketing experience, but I have been around SL for a while and know how to do things.

Cheryl the last thing I want to do is shoot down your dream. However, I want to highly encourage you to reconsider a loose idea of home rentals and club for a sim. Take a look around... that is what everyone does. Even the best of the best can't make home rentals and clubs work right now. I know that having been around SL for a while, you must have a different angle or spin on the two concepts, but faced with a lot of homeless OS'ers who may only want to pay 75/mo tops for what used to be 3500 prims- it's going to be ROUGH for a while. Clubs don't make money...it's been said a million times here in the forums and I can assure you that paying to advertise a business in SL in a brand new club with a sign or through gifts isn't worth what it once was. I don't have the answers to give you on what you should do instead, but as you do your research, ask people what they really want to spend money on. Read the posts here that discuss what has failed, what is working, and what is just plain lacking. Best of luck and kind regards,
