The only qualifications are that you are willing to work hard to promote the club. If you are new to SL I will work with you to fix your avatar a little bit. We have a very loyal group of VIP's and the #1 priority is them so customer service is required.

and just an FYI out there, yesterday at Purrfect the 3 dancers (myself included) got 550, 600, and 1100 (me) in tips. Not too shabby for a Wednesday at the end of the month eh?
