********** Commission Structure ************
We offer a base salary of L$2000 per week with commission for rentals.
Every week we count all the parcels you rented and add up the total prims on those parcels. Then depending on the total prims rented, your bonus is calculated.
This is a bit complicated, but the gist is we want reps who work harder to get paid more. So, if you rent more land (judged by prim value because many of our rentals are homestead sims) the rate of your bonus for all of your sales is higher.
