Pink Diamonds offers exotic dancing, escort services, voice/cam girls, and exotic movies in addition to routine dance/music events, parties, contests, etc! Our goal is to provide a more feminine, attractive, soft, laid-back atmosphere for our ladies and our guests/clients -- no more raunchy, trashy, overcrowded sex clubs where guests and girls compete for each others' attention. DJ's: We are looking for DJ's with experience, ability to use voice, availability and flexibility, and extensive music libraries that can play events/parties and take requests. All DJ's are assigned a host per event and the host will run the contest and take care of other obligations, allowing the DJ to focus on the music. We need DAYTIME DJ's (8am-4pm) as well as EVENING DJ's (4pm-10pm), 7 days per week. I may also be looking for DJ's that would like to fill in during late night hours not for events but just routine business. DJ's must be able to play TOP 40, hip hop, pop, rock, and electronica (house, trance, techno, goa, etc). Neko/Furry is OK, and we do require professional/nice attire.
Escorts, Voice/Cam: We are looking to hire escorts and voice & cam girls to work on stage and offer their services to paying guests. We have rented AdBoards on the upper deck/VIP area for all escorts. The VIP area also has more private dance areas and 2 private bedrooms for girls to spend one-on-one time with guests. We also have a very elegant private skybox apartment for escort clients that offers HUGE LCD TV's for exotic movies, a private hot tub, and more. All escorts are required to be at least 30 days old, be human (or have a human appearance handy for working) have a high-quality photorealistic skin (or be willing to go purchase one upon hire), nice hair/eyes, feminine attractive clothing, and the ability to emote well (this includes speaking English and having a decent grasp of grammar and spelling). Escorts must have at least some regular availability as we have routine events every day and need escorts/dancers to be present. Escorts also need the financial ability to expand their inventory in terms of costumes/outfits to fit our themes if they don't already have some things. Notice for themes is always given a week in advance and the parties are always a BLAST! All are welcome to apply -- priority will be given to applicants with extensive experience and established client bases, as well as voice/cam applicants.
The club is monitored 24-7 by full time security officers, and we also have a security camera system installed throughout that monitor every inch of the club -- so all staff are well protected against griefers, spammers, creeps, etc. All staff are paid a base rate of $30L-$60L per hour via an employee time clock system (up to 6 hours per day), and wages are eligible for increase each month. This system tracks how often and how long each employee works, and the more productive you are and the more satisfied our guests are, the higher your individual wage goes! Staff also recieve 80% of all tips earned, and we do offer event bonuses for working events, which are based on attendance, interaction with guests, and overall performance. Our top girls are making $6k-$10k+ every week, often $2-4k per event!
