I know it's late, but I am hoping to find a builder to create me a Haunted Sanitarium, which I hope to use to host certain Roleplay events even after Halloween. While don't have a blueprint, I do have certain attibutes I want, which I can't find in prefabs I've viewed in SL. I pay a fairly, but I am demanding with builders. Some experience with custom work a must!
