Some Musts:
First Language or Fluent in English
Experience in the field.
Ability to work with many different types of people.
Good Grammar and Spelling.
Some Ideals:
Timezone is GMT
Graphics skills (including photoshop / gimp / dreamweaver etc)
Pay Is On Commission, at a negotiable percentage, progressing to salary based pay.
