I am decently creative and a fairly good builder. I am looking for a sim owner that would be interested in teaming up and doing a village project consisting of rental houses and stores and other structures to give the feel of a small community. If you supply the sim, I will supply labor, finances, and purchases necassary to do build. Wanting to build, design and manage but cant afford the cost of land ownership. PS profits are yours, unless we meet tier cost, then we can talk.

I can supply the sim if you can supply the finances of 97,900l$ per month for the tier of the sim.
