LP Living is looking for an experienced and dedicated team to promote and lease commercial and residential rental properties. This is not a full time scheduled position. Each Real Estate Agent is REQUIRED to work one day a week for 2 hours. You can work when available, mostly by bringing possible tenants to tour the properties. Payment: $25L per hour for scheduled 2 Hour Shift Weekly) + 20% of Initial Rent Payment; 10% of each weekly payment tenant. (The more expensive the rental plus the longer the tenant rents, the more linden for the Real Estate Agent). Real Estate Agents also have tip jars (20% to LP Living) for the scheduled shift that sits on the conference table where you will meet with potential residents. Come live the PLush Lifestyle...
