Assitant Clothing Designers Needed

I'm looking for some good clothing designers to assist with production of custom orders. This position is perfect for that designer who is new to designing and wants more experience. I have 2 positions open.

The following skills are needed:
* Experienced with a graphics program such as PSP or PS or Gimp.
* Experienced with flexi prims
* Experienced with clothing templates and textures
* Dependable and available to work on custom orders within a certain timeframe.
* Experienced with male and/or female clothing.

Pay is anywhere from $3k and up per outfit completed. (1/2 of whatever I contract the job for)
