I have a home on a pretty Linden river that I pay $5 a month because it is 1120 square feet. I would love to find a roommate that has a premium account but does not own any land and can donate their tier to the group that my land is in. That way it will not cost me anything per month and my roommate and I can share a home that is twice as big as what either of us could get for free.
You can have your own room and share in the prim allowance to decorate it with and share the other rooms in my home (and the yard and beach). And if we are from different time zones, you would have the whole house to yourself.
