Thank you for your interest in this ad. I own a custom-made Mediterranean villa, constructed by one of SL's premier builders, Gospel Voom. His attention to detail, with regard to high-lights, low-lights, shadows, lighting, etc... could be called border-line obsessive but it has helped to create a private residence one could easily call showplace.
I have been working with an incredibly talented interior designer to furnish the villa but, due to unforeseen circumstances, she will be unable to complete the project. Thus far, her work has been equally as impressive. She has decorated and re-decorated the same room a dozen times until she has found the perfect "look" for a room... not even asking my opinion until she's absolutely certain the furnishings meets her incredibly high standards.
At present, the dining room, kitchen and living room are furnished with one-of-a-kind, custom made items and I am extremely pleased with the look and feel of the home. She has done an incredible job of keeping with the overall Mediterranean feel of the villa.
I do, however, need assistance with completing the project. The media room, bathroom, dressing room, spacious patio and deck are, for the most part, bare. I have some ideas as to what I'd like to see but I'm completely open to suggestions from the right interior designer. Additionally, I'm not especially gifted when it comes to landscaping, so the perfect candidate for this job would also have superb landscaping skills.
