Now Hiring: Club Managers

Club Azure is now hiring talented Managers. Desirable qualifications include but are not limited to:

1. Ability to manage a department without playing favorites
2. Understand and follow the rules of the club and enforce them for your department, as well as following them yourself; they are few and mostly common sense, but enforced
3. You will be in charge of the hiring, firing, and scheduling for your department; ultimately, the department you are Manager for is in YOUR hands, its success or failure is YOUR responsibility

Club Azure has a yahoo group to post your schedule for your department and make it easy on you. Any time an employee is unable to cover his/her shift and no replacement is to be found, it will be your responsibility to cover that shift.

Club Azure Managers are on a weekly salary, as well as a tipped position.


We are looking for Managers in ALL time zones to keep the club going 24/7 for the following departments:

DJ (2)
Dancer (1)

At a future date, Club Azure may decide to expand its Management staff, until then this is all we require.
