I am looking for a serious business partner willing to invest in a business with me if you are a silly playful or jokeing kind of a person i don't want you!
You must be a superb builder!
Can run and manage a business!
Can afford too loose money if the business doesent take off the first time round!
Knows how to script and create content out of the world and import into in-world
Is on quite alot of the time
I want too build a little shopping mall too rent out shops and a few houses and flats too rent out and any other building you want!
We can't make it too big since my PC runs SL really slow and too much activity would cause it too crash!
You have got to be smart (ish) and know how to get people in and make money from the business!
I would only like you too put a maximum of 60,000L$ in since if it fails you don't loose too much!
You must be able to let me and you own the land and split the profits 50/50

I feel bad for any of your potential business partners... I don't believe you have much to offer. I might not be right...but I'd put more money on it than I would into a partnership with whoever you are.

thats a bit harsh keaton. Altho the original post does seem a bit lacking, maybe your looking to support an idea Olly, not actually have much to do with the building and management but put some money into it to help it grow? if so i know a place that could use your money Laputa COULD use a full sized sim i wish you luck Olly but it seems that perhaps you need to list your skills as well, it kind of comes across like your partner will be doing all the work IMO -Crunch

well lets see shall we... you want someone who will build, script, run and manage the business, be ok with the possibility of losing money, import content that they spent the time to create out of world, spends a lot of time in world, they have to be smart (ish)? and bring the people in and make the business create a profit, AND pay you 60,000 lindens towards this venture, you also want them to co-own the land with you. you want them to do everything AND split any profits 50/50?? you did not say how much land, you did not say what you would be doing, or how much money you would be putting into it, you did not say if you are a smart(ish) person, and if you are serious or silly, you did not say how much you will actually be online, and how much you will be putting into managing and getting the people through the door, and how much you will be working towards making it profitable all you have said is that your pc is slow, so whatever it is this person makes for you (and pays for I might add) must not be too big as your system can not handle it... holy crap, if anyone takes you up on this, send them my way, I would love to get set up in a deal like that...

Also.. What TYPE of place is this? =)
Club, dance, fetish, etc etc? Mature, PG, all girl/guy? Info, info, info! You gotta share what you got, otherwise no one serious is gonna come knocking.
60 grand is ALOT.. especially if you want a 'superb' builder. Heck, they should be able to make most of it if they are.
I could very well be interested in something LIKE this.. But I'd want to know tons more.

I can tell you, that you will not come far with 60,000 Linden, even not with another 60,000 from a partner. For this kind of project, you need some sqm land, that will cost you around 10k to 15k per week (or even more) and you don't get a business running in only 2 or 3 Month. So be sure you need much more then your 60,000 Linden.

Whats a dimbo? Calling someone names isn't a way to make yourself look professional =)
Nevermind, I thought you was a serious person - But now I see that you're not. I take it all back.

They would be building and scripting and adding original content plus match you for investment money and time. What are you considering for a split? 50/50? Does the original builder still keep control of his content or do you want full perm access to that? Also, 120K would not sustain a startup for more than 2 months. What rate of return are you considering would be good within that time frame to continue with the project? Do you have business experience and have a business model that we will be following? What is the basic strategy and I am hoping you have additional twists to make it different from the rest? I am not suggesting you have to post them, but I would like to be assured you have them! Some friendly advice

Olly,
I meet all the criteria you have set down for your business partner. I'm a builder, a content creator, a scripter, a successful business owner, and I have contacts that could help any business be a success.
Unfortunately, no one who is both smart and honest would touch this. You have only been in SL for 5 DAYS. You cannot possibly know how to make money in SL. Nor would you know it if your new partner was raking you over the coals and taking your money.
I can tell you from experience that you are going to lose your 60,000 Lindens. I would recommend that you play SL for 2-3 months and then start thinking about going into business. You will be better prepared by then.
Good luck and welcome to SL,
Cheree
