Hi all,
I have a freelance escort club called Escort Isle Freelance Escort Club that I had custom built and has been open a month. I am looking to try and sell it to someone who is interested in getting into the club scene on SL. Revenue is generated in the club by the many ad boards and shops that are available for rent throughout the club. Right now I have about 10 shops rented which generate 250 L per week from each. The club sits on about 12,000 sq m of land on a decent sim. There are about 2500 prims left for your use.
I simply do not have the time to really build this club up to its full potential but I believe the right owner could really do well running this club.
