Trainers & More Sought for Immediate Positions!

Club Utopiex is getting busier, and busy places bring oppotunities.

We are immediately seeking to fill the following positions:

Stripper Trainers - You must have an account at least two weeks old. You'll be responsible for training our staff and will be personally assigned which members to train. Highly preferred that this is your only job, as you'll be allowed to Strip as well.
-- Looking to hire 2-4 Trainers.
-- Pay is currently tips only. Additional payment can be discussed after Probation.
-- May not 'hire' new staff but may have them apply.


Lead Hosts/Hostesses - As I cannot be on during all 'peak times', we are seeking 1-2 Hosts to help recruit and run events. Hosts will be responsible for running scheduled events and helping to create new events when the Managers are not around. Account should be at least one week old.

-- Pay is currently tips only. Additional payment can be discussed after Probation.
-- May not 'hire' new staff but may have them apply.

DJs - DJs should have their own working stream with little or no 'lag'/'issues'. A mic is not required, but having a good selection of various songs is. You should have at least 200 different songs, or willing to download some more should a request be made that you do not have. Preferred that a DJ would 'join' us, but we may take occassional DJs depending on their booking fee and requirements. Most of our events are around 1pm-5pm SLT, and 9pm-Midnight SLT. DJs would be highly advised to attend the majority of our events, for at least 30 minutes at a time. We already have a working jukebox, so a free standing stereo would not cut it.
-- Looking to hire 2-3 DJs
-- Include how many songs you currently have, along with any other details that would interest the listening crowd. If you own a mic and are able, please also provide a voice sample. Perhaps announcing the arrival of a guest, or announcing our club's name.
-- Pay is currently tips only. Additional payment can be discussed after Probation. DJs start at 90% of tips and may move up to 100% after a successful probation.
-- May not 'hire' new staff until approved, but may still have them apply.

Dancers - Account should be at least two weeks old. Come give us some eye candy! Escorting is not a required part of our Dancing job so you're welcomed to decline any offers or take them upstairs to one of our rooms. We can help you get excellent skin/hair/clothes/etc if you do not have any.

Staff members are preferred to only work for Utopiex but may work elsewhere so long as time is also spent here. Staff members may have more than one job here, but preferred only one or two. Probation Information is as follows
-- New staff will all start at 80% of tips
-- Percentage raises to 85% after a successful few days
-- Raises again to 90% after a successful week/or as appropriate
-- And finally to 95% during events
-- Possibility to 100% *always*!
-- Set pay to come at a later date.

We are still seeking one, possibly two, more trainers... Along with all of the other posted positions. Until this thread states otherwise - We are hiring!
