Possible New Sim Coming- Will need workers!

Hello!

Have you ever been to lake tahoe? Or lake tahoe city? Well i want to re-create lake tahoe city!

I will need the following workers:
- Construction Mangement- You would of have to have been to lake tahoe city!
- Construction Crew- We will need a lot of them! As long as you can build as your told its fine.
- Land Scaping- we will need just a few. But they will need to make the enviorment nice.
Home Disgners- They will need to desgin the insides of our 75 condos and 10 houses!
- Scripter- They will script the more advanced things such as, the dam, stop lights, lights, lake.
- Touch up crew- They will make some things better and will re-texture objects and buildings.

There will be 75 condos, 10 houses, 3 BIG Stores, and 50 smaller stores, plus 15 attractions, 3 smaller docks for the condos, one big marina!

This could take monthes to complete but it will be one of the most popular boating place. If are intrested please leave a post here telling me what you want your job to be. i havent bought the land but i want to make sure i have enough workers first!

Not to burst your bubble but, that is way to much to fit on a single sim. You could in theroy build all of that on the sim, but then you would run out of prims to allocate to the shops, houses, condos.

If there is pay involved I may be intrested in signing on to such a project. for a walk through of some of my projects IM me in world, or drop me a notecard. Will be happy to set a meeting up

if your looking for any extra help i wouldn't mind working on the project, i'v never been there but work well from photo's and blueprints.

If you need advanced scripting help I'm available. And regarding the previous poster: It only seems logical that payment is involved, isnt it?

I've seen far more "Help build my sim for free" threads here than advertisements for actual contract work. Not saying that's what's going on here, but it bears mentioning whether the original poster is willing to offer compensation.
