Paradise Beach Club is more than just a dance club, and our employees are more like family! We work here and play here! Amd have a ton of fun along the way!
Our tropical resort contains a beach, marina, tiki bar, mansion, seaside market place, and the Naughty Paradise (Second Life's largest privately owned yacht). Oh, and our awesome beach dance club, the Paradise Beach Club. All of our employees get full use of everything that Paradise has to offer, 24/7.
We are one of the fastest growing sims on Second Life. We currently throw 2 parties a day (noon and 7pm PDT), and will be growing to be a 24/7 club in a few short weeks. We close on Sunday, were we throw an employee event off site just for our staff.
We are currently looking for a Club Shift Manager. As a Manager of our club, your responsibilities will include:
1. Scheduling our Host / Hostesses so that each party is covered during your daily shift.
2. Hiring and training Host and Dancer Staff
3. Keeping order at the resort and responsibly maintaining our Banlink account to keep grieferes out.
4. Balancing a work atmosphere and our tropical laid back atmosphere within our team.
5. Attending at least 1/2 of the parties on your daily shift.
