I will need help learning the ropes and constructing the sim, landscaping it to some specific needs, setting up rental systems, etc.... basically want someone who has been through it all before to be my paid consultant.
I am planning a residential sim with a gothic roleplay theme.
I am not unaware of the time and talent it takes for this. This is a serious venture on my part. I have the money put aside for the sim and am not some wishful dreamer.
