Hi Sly,
Just wanted to drop by after checking out the floor plans... you'll need a large plot of land and a BIG prim count available to build that house just like the floor plans show, and that's probably without any furniture. Your choice of course ^^ I always recommend Ace's prefabs for anyone looking for a well designed, low prim home. Best of luck to you! Tov _____________________
