Busy Business Owner Seeks an Extra Set of Hands

I own two businesses, Aria's Photography, and Radiance Wedding and Event Pavilion/Party Planning. As you can imagine I get stretched a bit thin at times and I am looking for someone who can bring an extra set of hands, a brain, and some imagination to the table. The position would be quite varied and would include:

*Scouting Locations/props for photo shoots
*Following Advertising and keeping track of numbers
*thinking of new ways/places to get the word out
*Keeping a schedule

The position has the opportunity to morph and grow with you over time. The position cannot offer a salary at this time, but you would make 30% of the profits made from either business.
