Real Estate Agent(s) Wanted

Cove Islands is hiring REAs (real estate agents) to join our team.

The Role
Your job will be to sell parcels of land to people. Standard pricing is L$ 3/sqm and you will receive 25% of the fee of every single parcel you sell! So, sell a L$ 10000 parcel, take L$ 2500 in commission.

We occasionally have offers on, such as, (right now) L$ 99 parcels. On sales such as these, you will receive a set fee of L$ 1000 per sale.

You will have a number of facilities to assist you in making sales and will be part of an established and friendly team made up of owners, management, support reps and sales reps. You will not be required to offer support to residents as we have staff for this purpose.

There will be no set hours, with this being a commission based role. You work as often as you like!

What Type of Person We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will have a genuine love of Second Life and a basic understanding already of how the land buying system in Second Life works. We will not be taking applications from avatars under 30 days old at this stage. As we have a great team already in place with fantastic working relationships, it is important that new team members are friendly and easy to get on with. We find the team ethic incredibly important to the successful operation of Cove Islands.

This role will be very much dependent on your own people skills and so I reiterate once more that being friendly and approachable as well as motivated will be the key to your success here.
