Community helpers are needed at Cherry Tree Rentals. Will be responsible for helping people who arrive in an area and answering questions etc. Friendly, professional demeanor and good command of the English language is a must. Multilingual a plus. Requirements include the following.
Employee's Primary Duties as a leasing agent are to:
- help visitors & residents’ general requests
- answer general questions
- help visitors locate vacancies
- report broken objects
- public relations with residents & guests
Employee must contact management staff for
any of the following matters:
- complaint/dispute resolutions
- ban/evict guests & residents when needed
- ensure things don't get out of hand
- enforce and upheld the latest Cherry Tree
Rental Agreement & Community Rules
Employee's Secondary Duties as a leasing agent include:
- community events planning, coordinating, & hosting
Employee is expected to remain actively in world while working for Cherry Tree Rentals. This is not a camping position, the employee is required to not have an "away" or "busy" status while on duty.
Employee is expected to answer group IM’s, offer help to
residents & guests when online and available.
Employee is expected to represent the owners and
management of Cherry Tree Properties to residents, guests,
& visitors in communication and presentation.
Employee will be required to be on-location for 1 hour per day (7hours per week). Most times will probably be a relatively quiet experience. Cherry Tree Properties will pay the employee for work performed the previous week on Mondays a rate of L$250/wk
