I have an estate with 15 regions (expanding every so often). All the regions are sailable via open protected water.
I also have some new land plots for sale. I'm looking for someone who enjoys sailing and maybe already is part of a sailing club. If you would like to set up a marina on my estate and recommend my land to your sailing buddies, I'll do a discount/commission deal. Also contact me if you make boats or other crafts and would like to set up shop with me.
Also if you would like to set up yacht or other types of water races around my islands, I'd be interested to hear from you. There are some good racing gadgets on the market but I don't have the time to set them up.
