Female only tavern to start up

I am looking for dancers, freelance dances, host, dj's, events planner, maybe even a manager. I will be honest I have not been creative enough to come up with a name yet. But I already have the place with good traffic and shops on it.. This will be a starting up club so if you are looking for an extreme amount of L's to help run it, please move onto the next post.
