look i've got witness's and chats.. returned lots of megaprims to me after i laid them down on her property, she said she built the skyscrapers on her sim and she bought them at slx..

Oh, they also had renters in their no traffic mall, and they got screwed out of their rent, too..

I hope everyone reading this soap opera learns a lesson here. As a builder and someone well versed in these issues, it is VITAL that everyone be on the same page.

If you are contracting for SPECIFC work, get it in writing what exactly is to be done. Not for any contractual reasons since contracts in SL are as worthless as the virtual paper they are written on. But more so that you are both in agreement that a specific list of tasks will be done.

If you are being contracted as more or less a general handyman (or woman), expect that these kind of deals are open-ended and the customer's agenda may be a moving target. Contrary to popular belief, most people in SL are not criminal rip-off artists. There just gets to be a point where there is no communications and everyone points fingers because they have differing expectations.

I have no idea what happened in this situation but I can tell you from mediating some of these fights, the lack of understanding and communication is key to why they happen. I also can tell you that if I am asked to build, I tell them I want to know exactly what they want done and then shut up and give them a chance to tell me. If they do not tell me exactly what they want done either because of deception or they just don't know (which is often the case) I either ask for a down payment or take a pass on the job.

well yes it should be a stated thing of wat they want and yes like u said as u build ity helps if the person ya building for helps with input but all in all there should be a trust of virtual hand shake not u do the work then like mr "damon" here changes his mind once u do work and doesnt want to pay u like he has done to draconea Svoboda which happen to me last night i built for beauty which is a lovely fair lass like i said id do in previous post but i get a offline message saying im returning your things ive CHANGED my mind i have other ideas sorry if she wasted yoiur time have a good day off guess who MR DAMON before they put 2 bobs worth in i replyed with a harsh message and he refuses to pay noty to bothered bout it but he seems to be a pain in the arse to work for who will change his mind and tell u good bye

I have worked with small jobs like this but i'm gonna give you an ear ful right here and now.

it is "your" fault that "you" did "not" make the exact job clear when "you" asked for "our" help.

I'll have you know i have worked with some very nice people but after seeing your last post i have doubts as to the seriousness you take with yourt employees.

if you truly cared about how the people you hire you would not make your requests so impossible to understand.

you are the one at fault here.
